Position Summary
Exocor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in St. Catharines. Remote applicants may be considered if they possess exceptional experience in our industry. The successful candidate will process sales orders, provide product information, prepare quotations, and act as a key liaison between our customers, purchasing, and inventory teams.
This is a dynamic, office-based position that requires strong communication skills, an ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You’ll be working closely with our Territory Managers and management team to ensure orders are entered, tracked, and delivered accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders received by phone, email, or online, entering them into the company’s system accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and manage price quotations and maintain current price lists.
- Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Monitor orders from entry through to shipping, proactively communicating with customers and internal teams regarding order status or issues.
- Provide first-tier product and technical support, escalating as necessary to Territory Managers or management.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, distributors, and internal departments.
- Learn and apply knowledge of company products and the welding industry to support customer inquiries.
- Perform other related duties as required to support the sales and operations teams.

Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service, preferably in wholesale or distribution.
- General computer proficiency required; experience with Microsoft Office Suite essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL or Sage 300 considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the welding or industrial gas industry is an asset.
